I'm a people-focused professional transitioning from public accounting into people development and enablement. The most meaningful work I've done has been mentoring and coaching junior team members and peers, supporting new staff, and helping others grow in confidence and capability.

My background in tax accounting has strengthened my analytical thinking, communication skills, project management workflow, and ability to guide people through complex challenges with clear and simple guidance. All skills that I now want to apply in a more strategic human-centered role opportunity.
